Established in 2017, Asian Help and Education Charity Trust is a non-profit charitable organization registered by the government, aiming to provide life information consulting services and cultural education course service for local Asian and new immigrants in New Zealand.

Since its establishment, it has provided legal consultation, psychological consultation, life information consultation and other services, and opened adult practial English classes, elementary Chinese classes for children, art classes, mathematics classes, chess classes, as well as healthcare advice and physical and spiritual healing courses, ect. All services are provided free of charge, with many beneficlaries, and are widely praised in the Asian community.

亚洲关爱教育慈善基金会成立于2017年，是一家政府注册的非营利性慈善组织，立志为新西兰当地华人朋友和新移民提供生活信息咨询服务和文化教育课程服务。

自成立以来提供了法律咨询、心理咨询、生活信息咨询等服务， 开设了成人实用英语班、儿童初级中文班、绘画班、数学班、国际象棋班，以及养生保健讲座和身心灵疗愈课程等， 所有服务均免费提供，受益者众多，在华人社区广受好评。
